Based in the North West of England, Flat Pack Music was founded in 2017 by graduates from the Birmingham Conservatoire of Music, the Royal Northern College of Music, and the Royal Academy of Music.

Flat Pack Music aims to bring Opera and Classical Music to the wider public in a fresh and original way that showcases not only the depth of the music, but also the comedy and drama in equal measure.

Flat Pack Music wants to present opera and classical music in a relaxed way that people can readily enjoy; we want newcomers to fall in love with the music, drama and excitement of opera, and for old hands to enjoy a new take on old favourites. With English libretto’s we find that it gets to the heart of the action, which audiences can understand and enjoy. Ultimately we perform not for ourselves but for our audience and there is no better buzz than knowing we have entertained you.
